Major Responsibilities:
6184 Develops quantity takeoffs for a discipline or specialty using defined documents or undefined scope assumptions. Verifies quantities provided by others.
6184 Develops and applies unit rates (cost and job hours) to quantity takeoffs and to otherwise developed quantities within a discipline or other specialty.
6184 Prepares specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
6184 Assists in developing and implementing requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports.
6184 Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures.
6184 Set up Material & rate library accompany the discipline of Mechanical/E& I and engineering team
61 Performing the QS Work for projects; Performs data analysis and development

Minimum Requirements:
61 Bachelors' degree or the equivalent in working experience.
61 Minimum of 8 years’ experience required
61 Electrical or instrument engineering background
61 Experience in international QS Software
61 Good English Level (written and verbal)
61 Worked for International company
