About the role
We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our GL & AP Accountant Korea, who will support Charlotte Tilbury’s offline retail growth accelerations in China.
As an AR Accountant China you will be responsible for
- Performs GL&AP accounts for Korea market.
- Process timely and accurately Journal Entries including accruals, provision, cost allocation, Capex and TAX etc.
- Verify, analysis, investigate expenses according to relevant internal control policies & booking in system.
- Start to reconcile all trackers HQ and other markets. Post all missing accruals from trackers.
- Performs Opex and Capex achievement with budget.
- Refresh and review P&L, check for any missing hierarchy.
- Timely closing and ensure the correctness of the monthly& yearly closing.
- Prepare account reconciliation for all balance sheet accounts including commentary.
- In charge of internal and external auditors to complete the annual audit.
- Support in accounting booking and reconciliation and support ad-hoc projects.
Who you will work with
- Reporting into APAC senior accounting manager.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or above, prefer majored in accounting related.
- 3- 5 years working experiences related to FMCG or retail industry
- Language proficient in Korea is preferred.
- Good communication skills and basic business English is required.
- Excellent skills of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good teamwork spirit and proactive working attitude.
