Responsibilities: - Executing annual sales planning and constantly updating customer-related forecasts, consulting the local AM and respecting global corporate guidelines. - Developing and implementing sales initiatives and implementing business unit initiatives. - Supporting assigned customers in the best possible way by establishing professional relationship management with the respective decision-makers. Proactively and continuously evaluating, coordinating and validating customer requirements in order to enhance customer loyalty and increase customer value. Coordinating and steering activities between the local customer and D02hler TG in order to ensure compliance with global customer guidelines. - Price structuring, taking Pricing Desk/Pricing & Trading Desk Juice guidelines regarding ordering cycles, batch sizes and payment receipts into account. The current market and customer conditions must always be considered. Consulting on local pricing with the AM responsible, taking the global cost agreements into account. - Implementing the operative targets (e.g. portfolio business, new business, new business fields/portfolio management) for the area of responsibility, taking long-term strategic corporate targets into account. Compiling account development plans and updating them regularly. - Gaining inspiration from global customer organisations with the aim of continuously optimising processes and organisational structures, and implementing corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager. Implementing customer requirements in D02hler processes. - Contribution and realization of ideas for the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Alignment and realization of digitization projects in cooperation with the stakeholders. Optimization and documentation of new and existing business processes in the digital data bases and systems. - Attaining the sales, turnover and profit targets as well as introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager. - Ensuring and implementing customer projects and tracking sample and quotation evaluation and contract status, including intervening at the customer site where necessary. Coordinating local interests in the global customer organisation. - Ensuring that complaint processing and the implementation of corrective actions in the D02hler organisation meet all requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in food science related majors; - Minimum three years’ B2B sales experience in food & beverage industry; - Interested in acholic beverage industry; - English as working language
