Work-scope and Roles & Responsibilities 工作范围及主要职责 HVAC Project Engineer represents client team to encompass the leadership of: 61 Supports Construction& Commissioning activities of all HVAC and Cold Room related system elements for the RICS project (including Project Handover Sequence). 61 Guidance and control of contractors to deliver finally commissioned and approved HVAC and Cold Room systems in accordance with design specification and Roche Global Engineering’s standards. 61 Assist MEP Package Manager (e.g. Management Contractors for daily work execution) 61 Maintain internal coordination with other MEP disciplines 61 Interface Management with different System packages under the guidance of MEP Package Manager. 61 Promote to solve any HVAC/cold room related site issues with utilizing all relevant resources (contractor, designer, vendor, specialist, etc.). 61 Supports the planning, organization, coordination and execution of commissioning activities 61 Liaison with end user for all their engagement in the acceptance inspection activities. Skillset 主要能力要求 1. 86 Minimum college degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 2. 86 Preferably a registered constructor 3. 86 Minimum 12 years of postgraduate working experience in building design and construction 4. 86 Senior project management skills for CoM Coordination and Execution 5. 86 Previous experience working in multinational design and/or design/construct companies either locally or internationally is preferred 6. 86 Looking to take a proactive role in a sophisticated, high-quality development 7. 86 Looking to work with multinational clients and engineers environment 8. 86 Good working knowledge of GB code. Ability to discuss requirements with local authorities and Local Design Institutes 9. 86 Advanced Construction & Commissioning knowledge of HVAC and Cold Room Systems 10. 86 Familiar with local construction practice and knowledgeable to provide solutions for site issues (Multi-discipline experience is a plus). 11. 86 Good understanding of, and ability to use, drawings and building work specifications 12. 86 Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 13. 86 Ability to use AutoCAD and having basic knowledge of 3D modelling / BIM techniques 14. 86 Able to work with a multi-disciplinary team, to resolve conflicts and deliver coordinated solutions 15. 86 Be able to report progress and discuss issues and solutions with the client team 16. 86 Bilingual (Chinese / English) business communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of staff (e.g. Management Level, Operator Level) 17. 86 Mobility for business travelling (e.g. FAT participation) 18. 86 Experience/knowledge with difficult project conditions (e.g. trouble shooting, fire-fighting)
