Marketing Manager – China Automotive Market Location: Shanghai Job Description: Report to director of vertical marketing and applications Responsibility of the position is to lead and drive regional strategies for sustainable revenue and share growth of ADI AES business in China Automotive market. The job in details includes below tasks but not limited to: 1) Build local business intelligence in China Automotive business, focusing on BMS and Power solutions. Deliver TAM/SAM/Share analysis and insight of market dynamics, major customers, and top competitors. 2) Work closely with BUs and Sales leaders to form business strategies and plans. Lead and drive key initiatives and cross-team programs on implementing the plans. 3) Collect future needs from major markets and top customers, transform them into specific needs in both commercial and technical perspectives. Lead and drive product definition for China market and leading technical trends. 4) Coordinate technical workshops, interactions with industry entities and eco-system partners. 5) Details to talk when interviewing. Qualification requirements: 1) Experience and knowledgeable in automotive BMS and power technologies and market intelligence. System and sub-system expertise are value-added items. 2) Good business planning skills, strategic thinking, and sharp executions 3) Good competences in communications, leading through influences and team spirit. 4) Program management skills are preferred. 5) Fluent language skills in oral and written English. 6) Willingness to travel.
