岗位职责
(a) IATF16949质量体系的建立，维护及持续改进。
IATF16949 Quality system set up, maintenance and continuous improvement.
(b) QC080000环境危害物质过程管理体系的建立，维护与持续改进。
QC080000 environment hazard substance process management system set up, maintenance and continuous improvement.
(c) 建立研发过程的质量管理流程，组织新项目的APQP评审会议，监控研发过程的质量管理要求实施情况。
Quality management methodology set up for technology development, organize the APQP review meeting and monitor the quality management procedures implementation status.
(d) 推动全公司的持续改善活动，追踪改善进度，提供质量、统计等方面指导。
Be responsible for the continuous improvement activities, trace the improvement status and provide consultant about quality and statistical technology.
(e) 负责统计技术方法的研究与应用，为研发与生产服务。
Be responsible for study and application of statistical technology and methods to solve the issues in technology development and manufacturing.
(f) 向客户提供所要求的有关公司质量体系及环境危害物质体系方面的信息。
Provide quality and environment hazard substance related information to customers.
(g) 组织质量体系内部审核活动，追踪整改计划的实施。
Lead quality system internal audit and trace the improvement action implementation.
(h) 按照VDA6.3标准要求，组织过程审核，追踪整改计划的实施。
Lead process audit based on VDA6.3 standard and trace the improvement action implementation.
(i) 按照VDA6.5标准要求，组织产品审核，追踪整改计划的实施。
Lead product audit based on VDA6.5 standard and trace the improvement action implementation.
(j) 协调客户对公司的质量审核活动，向客户汇报整改计划，并监督实施。
Coordinate customer quality audit, report the action status to customers and monitor the action implementation.
(k) 对员工进行质量及统计技术相关的培训及咨询服务。
Delivery quality and statistical technology related training and consultant service.
岗位要求：
1. 学历背景：大学本科或以上学历，理工科相关专业；
2. 工作经历：半导体、汽车等相关行业5年以上工作经验；
3. 专业技能：掌握IATF16949、APQP、CP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP、DOE、VDA6.3、VDA6.5等质量核心标准及工具，有VDA6.3 外审员证书者优先；
4. 英语六级以上，具备良好的听说读写能力；
5. 较强的报告撰写能力，熟练使用办公软件；
6. 良好的团队合作精神，问题解决能力，沟通表达能力；
