Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communication Manager for a technology company. The person will help bridge the gap between the R&D and the market, ensuring that the company’s innovations are effectively communicated and well-received by customers and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities: - Clearly and accurately communicate the technical advancements and innovations developed by the R&D team to both internal and external audiences. - Work closely with the R&D team to understand new products and features, ensuring that marketing strategies align with the technical capabilities and benefits of these innovations. - Provide the R&D team with valuable market feedback and customer insights gathered through marketing campaigns and market research. - Develop and execute marketing plans that effectively support the launch of new products, ensuring that the unique selling points and technological advancements are highlighted. - Ensure that all marketing and communication efforts are consistent with the company’s brand and accurately reflect the technological prowess and innovation of the R&D department. - Develop technical content that can be used in various marketing channels, such as white papers, case studies, and technical blogs.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proactive and results-driven.
