职位描述：
Autoflight is an international company with offices in China and Europe (Germany). While the position is based in Shanghai, China, a big part of the interactions will be with English speaking third parties. As a Software requirement engineer, you work together with Autoflight system teams to write the high level software requirements that will be used as a basis for the development of the V2000EM various pieces of avionics software. This software items can be of 2 kinds:
● Interface between the pilot and the aircraft (HMI)
● Aircraft level functions ( Data loading, monitoring system…)
● Understand the aircraft and systems level system requirements.
● Establish good relationships and understanding with the system teams.
● Develop the system requirements into safe, implementable, testable high level software requirements, following Autoflight’s software requirements standards and software verification plan.
● Establish and maintain traceability with System requirements.
● Identify “derived requirements” and “safety related” requirements, and feed them back to the system teams.
● Create requirements documents and baselines, according to Autoflight’s Configuration Management Plan.
● Coordinate with the software designer/developer (internal or third party) to ensure the correct development of the software.
● Take into account Software designer/developer feedback to correct/improve the high level requirements.
● Participate to the Change Control Boards when called in.
职位要求：
You have a degree in computer science, electronics or system engineering. You have been involved in the development of embedded software for safety critical equipment in the automotive, the medical or (ideally) the aeronautical field.
You are familiar with safety critical development frameworks, such as ISO, IEC , IEC , ARP, DO-254
You are comfortable reading, writing, understanding and speaking English.
