Executive Support: - Assist the General Manager in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda development, minutes, and follow-up actions. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Administrative Support: - Manage office operations and ensure efficiency by handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails. - Maintain office supplies and equipment, and oversee office maintenance. - Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and clients, as needed.
Project Coordination: - Support the General Manager in tracking and monitoring project timelines and deliverables. - Assist in research and preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution.
Data Analysis and Reporting: - Compile and analyze data to generate reports and insights for decision-making. - Assist in financial tracking, budget management, and expense reporting.
Communication and Liaison: - Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager. - Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Experience in an administrative or assistant roleof a startup or high-tech environment is a plus. - Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Interest in automotive technology and semiconductor industry is a plus. - Good in English
