Mission:
61 Assure that the design follows internal rules and contractual requirement
61 Responsible to review the sub-contractor design if necessary
61 Establish the packing/ unpacking instruction to optimize the installation on site
Responsibilities:
1. General and detail design for packing of metro doors, platform screen doors and HVAC (3D, 2D, validation);
2. Generic packing and unpacking instruction
3. Involve in packing qualification, control and problem analysis.
Participate in supplier audit on request
4. Manage and follow of packing procedure
5. Participate in design rules performance (LCC, Rex, templates,)
6. Participate and be a source of proposal for R&D & design for cost
7. Support other department on Engineering topics
8. Involve in tender phase to review customer specification and participate in the completion of the CoC document.
Requirements:
1. At least 4 years’ working experience in the industrial packing design.
2. Working experience in lift, curtain wall, packing specialist industry could be advantageous.
3. Complete cycle experience from design to packing validation.
4. Experienced user in Creo is a must.
5. Experience with waste management regulation.
6. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
7. Fluent English in both oral and written. (CET 6)
