Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
In the context of Saint-Gobain Group's commitment to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, the group has set a mid-term goal of covering all product ranges by LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) in 2030. Saint-Gobain hopes to quantify the carbon emissions and environmental impact of its products through LCA. In order to support group in achieving this mid-term goal in the APAC region and ultimately achieving the goal of carbon neutrality in 2050, we are recruiting a new LCA engineer. Her/his main responsibilities include:
- Support LCA/EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) projects in the Asia-Pacific region (project kick-off, data collection, LCA modeling, report writing, project review, EPD publication)
- Answer LCA-related technical questions from LCA practitioners of APAC countries
- Support LCA calculation for R&D and sustainable innovation projects
在圣戈班集团承诺2050年达到碳中和的大背景下，集团设立了2030年所有产品线需要经过生命周期评估（Life Cycle Assessment)的中期目标。集团希望通过LCA来量化产品的碳排放和环境影响。为了支持集团在亚太地区完成该中期目标以及最终达成2050年碳中和的目标，我们现在需要招聘一名新的LCA工程师，她/他的主要职责包括：
- 支持亚太地区LCA/EPD项目 （前期沟通，数据收集，LCA建模，报告撰写，项目审核，报告发布）；
- 为亚太地区各国家LCA专员解答LCA相关技术问题；
- 利用LCA计算支持研发中心研发和可持续创新项目。
Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, Responsibility)/ 主要职责（时间占比、工作职责） 1. Support APAC LCA/EPD projects. 支持亚太地区 LCA/EPD项目；(60%)
2. Support R&D project and product innovation 支持研发项目和产品创新; (20%)
3. Support country LCA practitioners in APAC region with LCA expertise 为亚太地区各国家LCA实践者提供LCA专业技术支持；(15%)
4. Strictly follow company EHS & 5S policies and regulations. Follow R&D personnel's individual EHS responsibilities listed in 'EHS Responsibilities Management Program'.
遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。(5%)
Qualifications/ 任职要求
1. Master’s degree, science and engineering related major.
硕士学历，理工科相关专业
2. 3+ year experience in sustainable development-related projects is preferred.
有三年以上可持续发展相关项目经历，接触了解过LCA相关理论知识者优先；
3. Used GaBi, Simapro or other LCA software tools
用过GaBi, Simapro或者其他LCA软件工具；
4. Demonstrate good data analysis, data process and project management.
擅长数据分析，数据处理和项目管理；
5. Fluent English 英语流利；
6. Open minded, innovative, driven, good communication skills
思维开放有创新性，积极 主动，具备良好的沟通能力。
