Job Description: 1. Take the leading role in construction management 2. Being involved in Engineering phase to review drawings, conduct constructability study and provide the valuable proposal to Engineering team with value engineering consideration. 3. Organize safety review on construction activities and keep safety elements implemented during construction phase with higher safety awareness. 4. Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of construction works and connect them with logic sequences, estimate their durations, to initiate the construction schedule, optimize and implement with daily control. 5. Develop the Construction quality management plan including ITP, Procedures and implement during construction period 6. Work with Cost estimator to have a clear construction cost picture and control cost during construction phase, control change Order & SI 7. Prepare the bidding documents and support procurement for contracting with TBE and others. 8. Manage the contractor according to the construction contract, working closely with Contract manager. 9. Define the construction staffing plan/Org. Chart with clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities, supervise the performance of CM team members with corrective actions. 10. Keep working closely with PM and other function leaders to coordinate among disciplines, timely issue construction reports. 11. Identify the needs of authority permit and support LA coordinator to get related license or permit. 12. Identify, quantify, analyze the construction risks, take necessary mitigation measures. 13. Implement the requirements from Function Unit.
Requirements: 1. At least 2-3 international projects of construction management experiences as the role of construction manager. 4. Familiar with micro –software 5. Fluent English 6. Good communication skill 7. Strong leadership and strong ownership 8. Have resilience to deal with pressure. 9. Bachelor certificate.
