PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 Manage all the CK online store design, include but not limited to Official Site, Mini Program, T-mall, JD, Douyin, Dewu and other CK online stores ensure site merchandising represents brand image and be commercial-driven. 2 Assist the team to continuously optimize online customer shopping journey and user experience. 3 Constantly review online store KPIs, lead team optimize online store performance 4 Enhance brand tonality cross all online platforms thru user experience and visual management 5 Manage regular online store refresh with elevated visualized content. 6 Manage campaign visual design and execution aligning with global timeline. 7 Work closely with cross-functions to implement the store flow design based on the business needs. 8 Brief design tasks and manage 3rd party digital designers’ team, make sure online store design meet with brand requirements 9 Monitor vendor’s delivery and efficiency KEY COMPETENCIES 1 Experience in user experience with business acumen 2 Be customer-centric with in-depth understanding of customer experience and customer shopping journey design 3 Strong project management and data analytical skills - with proven ability to manage multiple tasks 4 Excellent attention to detail 5 Good at vendor management QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: 1 2-3 years’ UX or web design and creative related working experience, e-commerce experience is plus 2 Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies 3 A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns. Skills: 1 Excellent communication skills 2 Familiar with retail / fashion industry and Ecom trends 3 Bi-lingual Chinese and English 4 Basic HTML5 and JavaScript skills are a plus 5 Good at Office Software for PPT, Excel, World 6 Team player Education: Bachelor degree or higher-level education
