DCSH internal purchasing process, contract and external vendors mgt and control
All real estate mgt and improvement including public facility management
customer visiting experience improvement
entity expense analysis and driving (CAPEX & OPEX) base on finance requests

Ensure all purchasing process meet SE policy and internal purchasing successfully closed thru lWORK system operation
In charge of Real Estates mgt and make sure canteen, shuttle bus and reception service in good condition
Customer visiting mgt including innovation hub daily mgt
Manage SFC reduction and track related trend

REQUIREMENTS
Education:bachelor degree in Engineering Management
Above 2 years' logistics, RE & purchasing experience
Logistics Purchase, Supply chain & logistics, EHS/Ergonomics & Real Estates
good command of Offce software & English
