Job Responsibilities: 1. WCM Coordination and reporting: 1) Internal and External reporting 2) Internal communication (Newsletter, Poster, factory boards …) 3) Promoting Pillar Deployments, 4) Following the project and pillar results and audits, 5) Managing the WCM training program, 6) Preparing the future WCM deployments 7) Reward System on monthly / quarterly basis / yearly basis 8) Promoting digitalization and IN 4.0 2. WCM project follow up 1) Follow the Audit plan and audit efficiency, 2) Participate personally to the audits, 3) Follow the traffic light results and react in case of deviations, 3. WCM related training organizer. 1) Define the training needs based on the WCM plan/activity. 2) Coordinate the training with OPEX team, maintain the training records. 3) Develop the internal trainer related to the WCM. Job Requirements: 1) Education: Engineering related degree. 2) Language: Good English 3) Computer skill: PPT, excel, word skill is necessary 4) Work experience: More than 2 years’ production, process experience. WCM background is preferred. Black Belt if possible 5) Others to be specified: Pedagogic background is preferred
