Job Description: 1. To implement the Marketing Plan for all assigned shows in China with the delivery of a cost effective and appropriate marketing plan with supported market data and analysis for each of the respective events within the agreed budget and timeline. 2. To work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing plan and media plans and meet show visitor targets. 3. To assist the show director to monitor the Assigned shows in China Budget by delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget and timeline. 4. To assist Marketing Manager with all aspects of print production, distribution and effectiveness tracking including production of cost-effective high-quality brochures, invitations, and other printed materials. 5. To develop overall media relationships both locally and internationally for Assigned shows in China with the achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for Assigned shows and its activities across all available media. 6. To execute visitors’ development including the creation and management of special VIP buyers’ programs, subscription and similar schemes in order to encourage more new visitors and repeat visitors. 7. Achievement of a positive working relationship with Marketing Manager to create consistent and timely delivery of show messages to the targeted audiences. 8. To understand the visitors behavior of the Assigned shows in China by planning visitors behavior surveys, execution of surveys, analysis and report the survey results. The survey results will be used in developing events program including conference activities, buyers program and the creation of value proposition. 9. To evaluate and develop the effectiveness of channels for respective events by collecting and analyzing data of every channel.
Job Qualification: 1. Degree in marketing, business, mass communication or related disciplines with at least one year relevant working experience. 2. At least one year of show visitor promotion working experience. 3. Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Chinese with strong interpersonal skills. 4. Computer literacy and database management skills are important. 5. Must be a team player and provide leadership support to develop and train supporting marketing staff. 6. Able to work under pressure. Multi tasked, attention to details and self driven. 7. Highly analytical and good command of ppt and report writing. 8. Creative, strategically thinking and an eye to identify business and marketing gaps. 9. With exhibition or events experience is a plus. 10. Have a good understanding of the body fashion industry is a plus as well. 11. Good knowledge of digital marketing is preferred.
