Meanwhile contribute to business growth of our orgnization. Define the functionalities of ADAS/AD, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation. Participate in the system architecture design to ensure it meets functional requirements and safety standards. Develop SIL and HIL testing strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage of all functional points. Develop test tool chain, test cases, test script and test scenario, execute test cases, analyse results, and ensure system performance meets standards. Perform root cause analysis on issues identified during testing and drive resolution. Manage functionalities development and verification & validation lifecycle according to program timing. Stay updated with the latest research and technological advancements, and plan technology roadmap according to portfolio strategy. Work closely with data analytics engineers and contribute to build effective scenarios and enhance efficiency of testing. Market analysis and benchmarking
What you'll bring MS/BS Degree in computer science, automated control, data science, mathematics, vehicle engineering, or a related field of machine learning or artificial intelligence. 5+ years experience of ADAS/AD function development or testing. Hands-on experience is required. Proficient in the functionalities and architecture of intelligent driving systems. Familiar with SIL and HIL testing techniques and tools, such as Vector, NI, Sprient, Dspace, ROS, etc. Skilled in at least one programming language, such as C/C++, Python, or Java. Knowledgeable in automotive electronic communication protocols, such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Flexray, etc. Good English skill for technical and business discussion Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges. Capable of data analysis and processing is preferred. Good knowledge on databases and data processing tools, including SQL, Hadoop or Spark is preferred. In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms neural networks, and statistical modelling is preferred. Experience of perception data training, ground truth evaluation and CI deployment is preferred. Responsible for or participated in at least two complete intelligent driving system develop. Successfully led teams to solve key technical issues and enhance product quality and performance.
