What You’ll Do Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: 86 P&L owner, namely be responsible for the occupancy rate, unit rate, revenue, OPEX and CAPEX of JAKC Office project in accordance with the budget. 86 To assist supervisor to form and implement leasing strategies, budget and other analysis preparation & monitoring and execution. Propose and coordinate asset & service enhancement plans. 86 To assist supervisor and to work closely with peer groups, such as Property Management team, to deliver high-standard service for internal and external customers. 86 Curate contents and community events for tenants and to generate synergy for the project overall. 86 Be responsible for the marketing of JAKC Office project including but not limited to preparation of brochure / H5 / VR materials, marketing events, cold-calling and roadshows etc. 86 Independently handle site inspections, lease negotiations of cases as assigned & assist supervisor on anchor tenants’ negotiation. 86 Team management, namely to supervise and to monitor internal team and agency team on lease negotiations, due diligence of tenants, daily leasing operation activities and follow company protocol / leasing procedures including but not limited to rental collection & recovery possession of premises. 86 Reach out to competitors, agency firms, potential tenants & government. 86 Closely monitor the market and to conduct market research regularly. 86 Internal reporting. 86 Collaborate with other asset classes in JAKC. 86 Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. You will also actively interact internally with legal, finance, project, marketing, and property management team, meanwhile externally with market agencies, existing and prospective tenants.
