KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide secretarial support to the Second Master. * Assist with coordinating the Second Master’s daily schedule, meeting minute taking, teleconferences and travel requirements and other daily work schedules; * Help the Second Master prepare presentations, reports, correspondence and other documents as assigned; * Translate documents for the Second Master when needed; * Assist with student and parent enquiries to the office of the Second Master, where needed. * Coordinate and manage Whole School Communications with various secretaries and Directors; including CCAs, Sport, Performing Arts, Trips & Excursions, Music. * Coordinate, with pillar secretaries, the duties of school porters. * Assist and organize logistics for internal meetings and external visits or events. * Other assigned work as requested by the Headmaster. * Any other duties commensurate with the post

BASIC QUALIFICATION
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Language: Fluent written and spoken English
Working experience:
A minimum of two years experience in either an international school administration office department or as an EA to an expat in either an international school or foreign company would be desirable.
