岗位职责:
Objectives:
61 Identify and drive process optimization for Procurement
61 Identify appropriate IT tools such as SAP or others and drive related implementation projects
61 Ensure change management for process changes for procurement and relevant stakeholders
61 Improve project methodology competence within EC Procurement
61 Implementation of S4 HANA for Procurement in Asia Pacific as part of the global roll-out

Main Tasks:
61 As part of EC Procurement team drive implementation of globally harmonized solutions for Procurement
61 Take on project tasks such as master data migration, training, change management upon need and alignment within EC NGBA team or other IT project teams
61 Drive process optimization and digitalization
61 Train organization upon need
61 Ensure proper process documentation

任职要求:
- Bachelor degree. MBA is a plus.
- Min. 3 years working experience with procurement or IT
- Project Management competencies
- Good English skills in both writing and speaking
- Open minded and passionate on taking challenging tasks
