岗位职责: Objectives: As our refinish coatings business continues the transition to a global business unit, The demand for actionable Market Intelligence insights including mega-trends, market dynamics, competitors’ profiles, competitors’ portfolio and customers focus groups continues to grow. As part of the Global Strategy Team, the Market Intelligence Expert will be focused on collating relevant market intelligence, analyzing it and delivering actionable insights to the Global refinish coatings organization to support in making impactful strategic and business decisions.
Main Tasks: 61 Develop deep industry understanding and establish actionable insights for the sales & marketing functions. 61 Digitalization / Automation of Market Intelligence processes via the use of AI systems, data scraping, analytics, and new technology identification. 61 Identify global & regional refinish market and macro trends relevant to core strategy pillars 61 Monitor global competitive landscape - compile regional intelligence into global picture 61 Establish competitor refinish strategy profiles - identifying competitor strategic priorities and opportunities to disrupt / counteract. 61 Monitor competitor comms for new market offers – indicate market impact 61 Assess and analyse competitor offers to identify SWOT and potential counteractions 61 Synthesize refinish coatings business unit and coatings operating division derived intelligence to identify relevant insights for the Global refinish leadership team. 61 Ability to working with PowerBI/Tableau and conduct analysis. Experience working with large and small datasets. 61 Consolidate global market intelligence into digestible news for internal publishing.
任职要求: Education: Bachelors degree in a business or technical discipline
Working Experience: Preference for experience in the Automotive Refinish Coatings industry. Particularly in the areas of market intelligence, strategy development or marketing. Preferred experience in data science, data engineering, data analytics or strategy.
