Job Description: - Coordinate and manage engineering changes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. - Lead ECM cases, driving the implementation and effectiveness of engineering change processes. - Report weekly key performance indicators and provide a weekly overview of request changes. - Aligning between global/local functions and supplier to implement Engineering Change Orders (ECO). - Support various tasks within the engineering and project management teams. - Assure accurate documentation are shared with the Supplier - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and manage project lifecycles. Experience and Requirement : - Experience in engineering change management, technical writing, or technical documentation. - Advantageous to have experience in documentation areas, coordination, and project management. - Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Teamcenter, SAP, and Jira is preferred. - Excellent English & Chinese skills, both written and oral, are essential. - Experience in multi-cultural environments and large organizations is a significant advantage. - Alternative ways of acquiring these skills will also be considered. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
