What you’ll do
1. Execute offer development projects in the business
2. Prepare and executes comprehensive project plans meeting time, cost and quality targets
3. Report on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money
4. Manage the business case, acts as business partner focusing on maximizing the added value for the business.
5. Ensure I2M offer development projects meet agreed targets as outlined in business case.
6. Manage stakeholders (business leaders, functional leaders, project office manager) towards successful delivery of projects
7. Represent the project team in the business and provide regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
8. Lead multidisciplinary I2M project teams, involving: Procurement, Advanced Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and Marketing
9. Contribute to the community of practice of I2M Project Managers

Your qualifications
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in technology/Sciences.
2. Practitioner level project management
3. Experience with stakeholder management.
4. Knowledge on relevant range of technologies and disciplines.
5. Soft skills like people management, managing virtual, multi-cultural teams.
6. Commercial skills (negotiating or subcontract management) and financial knowledge (building and maintaining simple business cases).
7. Experience in applying I2M knowledge with expertise in principles and practices across the I2M value chain.
8. Some experience with assessing new technologies/trends in order to maximize value extraction (benchmarking).
