职责描述:
1、负责IMA集团下①食品②乳制品③调味品④宠物食品行业的销售和市场开发工作。对灌装机、包装机和其他非标自动化设备进行销售和市场推广。
2、关注行业动态,建立销售渠道,分析客户需求,定期形成工作报告,建立客户数据库;
3、积极拜访开发重点客户,根据客户需求开展业务并获得订单;维护和拜访老客户,了解业务情况,提供新产品信息和服务,获得业务机会;
4、熟悉设备性能、技术参数和优点,为客户提供有价值的业务评估,并能满足客户对产品的技术理解。能够充分表达设计方案并制定适当的方案,为客户提供合理的选择和建议,并完成技术销售任务。
5、负责与国外厂商的技术沟通,修改客户方案的实施和变更,澄清、谈判,直至合同文本形成;
6、协调项目管理部、法务、财务、售后服务团队完成并赢得新业务。
任职要求:
1、良好的英语读写能力,英语能作为工作语言;
2、本科及以上学历,自动化或机械(机电一体化)或理工科背景优先,年龄:24-45岁,至少3年设备行业销售经验;
3、熟悉食品、乳制品、调味料、宠物食品的自动化设备,具有招标、商务谈判、销售等相关经验;
4、具备客户维护、客户开发、销售技巧、项目跟踪管理等方面的知识和技术型销售的经验;
5、能够适应并坚持每年150天-200天的频繁出差,积极拜访和联系用户。
薪资水平:基本工资+销售提成

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the sales and market development work in the food, dairy products, condiments, and pet food industries under the IMA Group. Conduct sales and market promotion for filling machines, packaging machines and other non-standard automated equipment.
2. Keep an eye on industry trends, establish sales channels, analyze customer needs, regularly generate work reports, and build a customer database.
3. Actively visit and develop key customers, carry out business operations according to customer needs and obtain orders; maintain and visit existing customers, understand their business situations, provide information about new products and services, and obtain business opportunities.
4. Be familiar with the performance, technical parameters and advantages of the equipment, provide valuable business evaluations for customers, and meet customers' technical understanding of the products. Be able to fully express design schemes and formulate appropriate plans, provide reasonable choices and suggestions for customers, and complete technical sales tasks.
5. Be responsible for the technical communication with foreign manufacturers, modify the implementation and changes of customer schemes, clarify and negotiate until the formation of the contract text.
6. Coordinate with the Project Management Department, Legal Department, Finance Department and After-sales Service Team to complete and win new business.
Qualifications:
1. Have good English reading and writing skills, and English can be used as the working language.
2. Hold a bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with a background in automation, mechanical (mechatronics) or science and engineering are preferred. Age: 24 - 45 years old. Have at least 3 years of sales experience in the equipment industry.
3. Be familiar with the automated equipment for food, dairy products, condiments and pet food, and have relevant experience in bidding, business negotiation, sales, etc.
4. Possess knowledge in aspects such as customer maintenance, customer development, sales techniques, project tracking management and have experience in technical sales.
5. Be able to adapt to and stick to frequent business trips of 150 - 200 days per year, and actively visit and contact users.
Salary: Basic salary + sales commission.
