This role is responsible for overall Channel management: Distributors, co-working with Sales Groups to drive sustainable business growth through VC / RTM /SOP.
61Responsible for Value Chain management in Online and offline (Omini) channels, serve overall offtake & sellout achievement. 61Follow up RTM regional implementation, initiate distributor overall arrangement and planning, roll out coverage proposal of targeted expansion outlets and analyze, review regional RTM projects delivery. 61Lead Product Traceability Management Project in all Channels. 61Establish perfect dealer qualification standard, optimize dealer opening and closing process, improve dealer activity rate.
职位要求: 61Bachelor’s degree or above. 61At least 5 years’ working experience of regional sales in FMCG industry, 3 years’ RTM management experience. 61Strong cross-function communication and presentation skills. 61Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 61Experienced with distributor and value chain management.
