Your Mission: 1. Merchandising Planning 61 Initiate seasonal product strategies of own eCom and WS eCom, considering the key focus and differentiation, align with company strategic approach. 61 Develop and execute the strategies, explore business opportunities to achieve commercial goals. 61 Work together with buying/commercial team to build up seasonal assortment plan for EC channels of DTC and WS partner, based on different business plan / channel strategies. 2. Product Management 61 Identify the channel biz gap and potential product opportunities based on deep understanding of channel strategy and market trend. 61 In charge of product creation for EC SMU items, thru accurate briefing to global/local development engine, be responsible for forecasting, pricing etc,. and work closely with development engine to make sure the product deliverables are meeting expectation. 61 Be responsible of product lifecycle management and work closely with commercial team regarding promotion cadences. 3. GTM coordination & Cross Functional communication 61 Coordinate with other functions based on the EC product calendar, thru product brief, creation, launch and sales result tracking & related action plan. 61 Partner with cross functional departments to drive the best communication to consumers of products. 4. Financial Responsibilities 61 Responsible for relevant business targets: standard margin, sell through etc,.
Your Talent: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above. 61 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sportwear, EC related background is preferred. 61 Good command of computer skills (e.g.: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word) 61 Fluent in English and Mandarin.
