Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute deliverables of the E2E Calendar 2.Monitor Performance & KPIs on Design to Cost, Critical path (E2E Milestones); Fabric Activities & Collaboration, Development ratio (Hit Rate) 3. Sample Management (Ensure availability within E2E milestones) 4. Operates within the Sourcing Strategy for the assigned category / division and discuss specific Sourcing requirements for their assigned areas 5. Pre-Screen line plan & programs to allocate workload and initial risk assessment 6. Support the collaborative development meetings between Design, Merchandising and Technical Services 7. Negotiate with suppliers on OCS/product costs
Key Relationships: 1. Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, Raw Materials & QMTS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Extensive knowledge of fabrics qualities in applicable product categories 2. Good knowledge of textiles processing, finishing & dyeing/printing techniques 3. Understanding of Design to Cost elements driving the “Should be Cost” formula’s 4. Understanding of Product Development, Trims & Accessories and Range Building aspects 5. Working knowledge of PLM 6. Good command of spoken & written English
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 1. Degree in Fashion & Textiles 2. Minimum 3 years of Product Development experience (or comparable field) in the relevant product category
