To lead all the Business Units for the implementation of the Group credit policies including the completion of the standard credit report and the Fast Track application according to customer profile, financial performance, and third-party information to evaluate the overall credit risk and to present the pros and cons of each case for quality judgment, as well to assign the appropriate risk rating to each customer.
2. To ensure all the credit approval processes are within the delegation authority in accordance to the Group credit policies, based on the amount of the credit limit, and the risk situation of the customers.
3. Consolidate all the KYC records from Business Units and in monthly basis issue the KYC report to highlight list of customers and in case the presence of any triggered issues.
4. Monthly update of customers with existing credit limit and their outstanding balance to the Marketing team and to Senior Management for exploring any new business opportunities. Also to check if there is any pending approval needed to be followed.
5. Monthly visit to each Business Units to get familiar with the team members, their production process and products, as well to understand the market trend of their business.
6. Maintain the usage of third party information source, including credit agency for the access of company information.
7. To co-ordinate with the Business Units for their weekly submission of accounts receivable aging report. Based on the update status of each overdue customers, evaluate for any particular risk that needs to be addressed and followed by KAM or escalated to the Group Business Management.
8. To work with KAM for handling of arrears customers from their *** day of overdue. It includes the negotiation with the customers to demand their payment, and in case of serious delinquency to act against the customer through legal action to minimize the risk encountered by the company.
9. Regularly conduct physical visit to serious aging customers for checking with their operation and financial condition. Request for the payment schedule from the customer and based on the Group credit policies to obtain the appropriate approval of the payment schedule.
10. Regularly collect market information through various channels, and to reflect accordingly to the Group Business Management
Requirements - Familar with BESS industrial (Battery Energy Storage Systems) - At least Bachelor degree or above - Above three years of solid experience in credit analysis and/or accounts receivable management - Good knowledge in the industries particularly related to container manufacturing - Good analytical skills and report writing skills - Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal and problem solving skills - Proficiencies in PC skills - Good command of spoken and written English
