Job title: Product Marketing Manager Job description: 61 Be responsible for product line management from full chain perspective. 61 Contribute to the roadmap development by collecting new ideas and insights, study competitors, conduct field surveys and other methods. 61 Initiate blue phase project and prepare business cases, coordinate product development projects with R&D, MFG, Sourcing and other functions to ensure project be well managed and delivered on time. 61 In charge of new product introduction, proposal price positioning, generate content and selling points and prepare training materials. 61 Be responsible for daily management of designated product lines, including product survey and analysis, competitor offering and pricing study, manage product portfolio and key specifications, and define cut-over plan and phase-out plan. 61 Collaborate with FL, Quality, Manufacturing, Installation and Maintenance teams to identify further improvement ideas to the product and solutions. 61 Propose actions to other functions to further develop our position in the market based on the customer and market insights. Qualification and Experience: 61 Good business mindset in marketing and proved project management skills and experience. 61 Good analytical capabilities, detail focus and stress tolerance. 61 Good communication and persuasion skill in coordinating activities in complex environment. 61 Fluent English, written and spoken. 61 Detail focus and stress tolerance. 61 Mechanic or electric technology background would be preferred, background from marketing or business is also seen as a clear asset. 61 Minimum 6-8 years working experience in marketing or R&D or project management related functions. 61 Past working experience from the elevator and escalator industry is seen as clear asset.
