Job Description
Responsible for assisting superiors in formulating content strategies on Douyin platform, including audience insights, product highlights, and deployment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
61 In charge of Douyin influencer marketing, controlling the quality of influencer content, and handling influencer selection, script review, and video optimization.
61 Explore Douyin influencer resources, establish an influencer matrix for video brand marketing, and identify potential collaborators.
61 Innovate in short video content creation with influencers, develop production standards based on product highlights, and ensure the quality of influencer short video output while optimizing it.
61 Assist superiors in managing Douyin brand channel and collaborating influencers' Qianchuan deployments, process optimization, and effect analysis. Monitor advertising data in real time, quickly identify issues, and propose strategies to ensure promotional efficiency and ROI.
61 Conduct professional analysis of relevant data and develop or optimize overall marketing strategies and plans based on the analysis.
61 Maintain good and close communication with external operational partners.
Skills & Qualifications
61 3-5 years of experience in social digital marketing, with at least one year of experience in Douyin influencer operations. Interest in the beauty category and attention to the beauty skincare industry is required.
61 Good understanding and insight of social media content trends and target audiences. Can independently assess KOLs/influencers’ performance to better meet business needs.
61 Results-oriented and data-driven, with excellent learning ability, execution, and logical thinking. Good stress tolerance, responsible, and accountable.
61 Strong strategic thinking ability, capable of identifying and solving problems from data analysis. Good project coordination ability and execution experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
61 Bachelor's degree or higher.
