Job Summary This position ensures high quality of education for both internal and external customers on our iTero products and workflows. The focus will be on leading the regional training team to continuously improve their knowledge and skills while working on projects to enhance the education programs
Job Description 61 Provide leadership to a regional team of trainers and ensure effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the team.Work with management team to develop and implement regional training strategy and action plans to promote improved services and customer satisfaction, and team improvements and efficiencies. 61 Play an important role in the process of developing team’s knowledge and experience, based on his/her knowledge of product, market and customer needs. 61 Conduct assessment of team training needs; develop and/or utilize appropriate internal/external resources to deliver training programs to address the needs. 61 Identify improvement opportunities to enhance existing programs and/or to create new programs. 61 Recommend, develop and implement improved processes/workflows to track trend and improve internal quality measurement within the department. 61 Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters. 61 Conduct occasional evaluations on the training(s) provided to our customers by distributor personnel & assess if there is any need of further follow ups or extra educational material. 61 Establish and maintain personal and team performance metrics. 61 Improve on tools to capture & analyze meaningful customer data. 61 Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers. Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learning’s with departmental peers and management. 61 Participate proactively to team efforts in achieving regional goals. 61 To review and evaluate the subordinates, including team development and succession planning 61 Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training. 61 Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. 61 Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources. 61 Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required. 61 Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements 61 This position should have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, communicate effectively with colleagues. 61 High proficiency in both verbal and written English. Education [Degree or equivalent experience] 61 A bachelor’s or master degree in dentistry, biology or chemistry and/or experience in relevant technical field. Clinical/dental/orthodontic certification(s) is a plus. 61 At least 7 years relevant experience, with 2 years people management experience
