Job Requirements：
-Implement Zero Defect Program strategy and quality best practice.
-Represent Quality Function role throughout the different phase of project development process. Maintain dynamic control plan, standardize inspection/test instruction, review -fabrication routing and provide training as appropriate to ensure the product conformity.
-Lead the planning and execution of quality capabilities development.
-Dispose and support of customer product quality claims/return/RCCA on time closure.
-Support the Manufacturing Conformity Inspection activities when required.

Qualifications：
-Bachelor or above, majored in engineering is preferred.
-Be familiar with Quality Management System methodology. Min. 3 years of relevant work experience related to ISO9001, AS9100 or ISO17025. Background of aerospace industry is preferred.
-Excellent command of both oral and written English.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Can work independently with strong team spirit.
-With the character of integrity, digital mindset and innovation.
