Responsibilities: 61 Define and execute the production strategy and project plans for each project, directly or collaborating with various teams; 61 Define, obtain, and manage structured feedback and approvals to ensure that deliverables are being reviewed against established project objectives by all necessary stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and other creative teams; 61 Provide collaborative creative and artistic direction on projects to ensure that the client’s unique business objectives are met; 61 Develop and create concepts based on the client’s business requirements while maximizing messaging effectiveness. 61 Generate and maintain production/technical documents (run of show, production/crew schedule, rehearsal schedule, breakout flow, presentation and video specs, presenter specs, etc.). 61 Write creative briefs that clearly articulate communication objectives and success criteria to inform and direct work and creative development; 61 Be a good steward of the Company’s spending and resources; 61 Be conscious of the sustainability and environmental impact of our work 61 Operate and manage Audio and Video Production Equipment and Software including NDI technology 61 Consult and manage Live/Hybrid/Virtual Event Production, Virtual Event Portals, Encoding Hardware/Software, CDN solutions 61 Collaborate with the Digital Workplace team to continuously evaluate new features of our digital products and determine where we have feature gaps that need to be added to the roadmap 61 Ability to operate and run meetings effectively in potentially high stress situations 61 Ensures back-up plans are in place for each production 61 Ability to pivot and be flexible on production in the case of technical errors or last minute run of show changes while maintaining a seamless front-end experience for employees
