岗位职责: 1.Digital Strategy Development: - Develop and coordinate a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives. - Identify opportunities for digital innovation and transformation across the organization. 2.Project Coordination: - Coordinate digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Facilitate collaboration between functional project directors and IT project directors to enhance project management efficiency. 3.Stakeholder Engagement: - Engage with key stakeholders, including the executive committee, to communicate the digital strategy and progress. - Present updates and proposals with the the IS&T Director for the digital roadmap to the executive committee for annual validation. 4.Digital Roadmap Management: - Continuously update and refine the digital roadmap based on emerging technologies and business needs. - Ensure the digital roadmap is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives. 5.Team Leadership: - Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of data scientists & digital project manager & liaise and IT professionals. - Foster a culture of innovation. 6.Performance Monitoring: - Monitor and report on the performance of digital initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. - Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success of digital projects. 7.Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 8.Eenchmark & sharing of best practices throughout Adisseo - Identify best practices within Adisseo and explore opportunity to deploy it more broadly. - Market outside of Adisseo the best achievement to be recognized by our customers and contribute to employer branding. - Identify and summarize main trends in our industry related to digital projects and share it with functions and Bus head.

Professional Experience: - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, with at least a proven successful experience in Digital transformation. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. A Master's degree is preferred -ertifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and digital transformation (e.g., Digital Transformation Certification) are highly desirable.
