Job Purpose: 工作目的 The position makes sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the purchasing documentation that have been agreed between the company and supplier by carrying out inspection and appropriate testing. 该职位通过验货和适当的测试,确保从原材料到成品完工都符合公司和供应商之间确定的采购文件中规定的质量和安全标准。 Key Accountabilities: 主要职责 Make enough preparation before inspection like check order, study approve sample and discuss with related PU or experienced QC. 在验货前做好充分准备工作,如检查订单、了解确认样,与相关采购或有经验的QC讨论。 Inspect products as company’ arrangement. 按公司安排验货。 Keep close communicating with PU & Senior Quality Manager by both phone and email whenever found quality problem onsite. 在现场发现质量问题时,通过电话和电子邮件方式与采购和高级质量经理保持密切沟通。 Ensure that expected quality of items. Packing and artwork is met according to company’s order’s technical specification sheets and requirements. 确保产品的预期质量。包装和彩盒符合公司产品参数规格表和要求。 Ensure that required shipping marks (packing marks) are correct. 确保要求的唛头(包装唛头)正确无误。 Look for errors in comparison with order’s technical specification sheets and requirements together with PU’s approved sample. Initiate and supervise corrections. 与订单的产品技术参数规格表以及采购的确认样进行比较,找出错误。发起和督促错误的更正。 Check certificate and testing report if needed. 必要时,检查产品证书和检测报告是否合规。 Issue inspection reports timely and correctly, and accurately describing the true state of product in question. 及时、正确地出具验货报告,准确地描述有问题产品的真实状态。 Submit correct and clean travel and entertainment report once back to office. 回办公室时,提交清晰和准确无误的差旅报销单。 Save inspection report(s) under public drive. 保存验货报告在公共盘。 Observe company’ purchasing market movements and by doing so support purchasing staff in sourcing and purchasing matters. 观察公司的采购市场动态,支持采购人员的采购和找品的工作。 Do factory check. 进行工厂检查。 Support PU in preparing all data for supplier evaluation. 支持采购准备供应商评估所需的所有数据。 Assist to define or on site verification of Product Specifications and Inspection Standard. 协助制定产品规格和检验标准或在现场验证产品。 Requirements: 要求 Bachelor’s degree or higher. 本科或以上学历。 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in multinational companies. 2至3年相关工作经验,有跨国公司工作经营者优先。 Good interpersonal & communication skills with pleasant personality. 良好的人际交往和沟通能力,性格开朗。 High proficiency in English communication & correspondence. 良好的英语沟通和信函能力。 Good computer skills (e.g., Microsoft office) and office equipment knowledge. 良好的计算机技能(如Microsoft office)和办公设备知识。 Be comfortable to travel around in China to visit our suppliers. 能够适应在中国各地拜访我们的供应商。
