The key roles and responsibilities will be as follows: - Analyze and investigate the need for support of business and translate into a catalogue of requirements to develop value generating HR products and solutions - Identify business trends and developments and anticipate need for action for the strategic alignment of HR - Facilitate HR initiatives roll-out and ensure positive impact to business including but not limited to people engagement, mentorship etc. - Act as the company culture and policy ambassador for the responsible department, to share with employees on team's culture and policy to enhance the understanding. - Provide support and facilitation to business on change management. - Work closely with HR SSC and CoE team in accomplishing all kinds of HR activities to attract and develop the right talents for the business.
Experience (years and nature) - 8+ years of related HR experience, preferred in industrial service industry. - Strong experience in ER case solving is preferred - Good command of both English and Chinese - Strong leadership and influencing skills - Excellent communication, analysis, and problem solving skills - Good interpersonal skills to drive for results across functions - Dynamic, open minded, results driven and excited on challenges - Able to work under pressure.
