Main tasks and responsibilities: 1、Conduct new items sourcing and update SAP system with correct supplier, price, lead-time and minimum order quantity. 2、 Work actively within assigned categories for reduced cost, improved quality, shortened lead-time and make contract with supplier. 3、 Identify items that have potential saving or identify new supplier regard to quality, delivery and cost performance. 4、 Engages colleagues across the organization and suppliers to optimize performance, ensure quality, delivery and cost are met with measurable results. 5、Facilitates short and long term sourcing strategies for managed categories, setting priorities, objectives and action plans to improve supply base and minimize risk with measurable accountability. 6、 Travels domestically and internationally to evaluate the viability of worldwide market opportunities, build supplier relationships and continuously expand categories knowledge. 7、 Minimize cost increases with creative solutions. 8、Proactively seeks new opportunities, ideas, techniques and material to drive product innovation with both new and existing suppliers. 9、Demonstrates flexibility in response to changes and ability to work in multi-cultural environment. 10、Ability to collaborate with a team and with cross-functional partners. 11、Negotiations with suppliers.
Education: Degree holder or similar knowledge achieved in other way
Experience: At least three years experience of purchasing
