Key Responsibilities 客户关系管理:建立并维护与集团客户之间的长期合作关系,加强总部的联系,包括采购中心,研发和设计中心,工程设备中心,了解客户需求和战略,预算和项目信息并及时解决客户问题; 制定客户销售策略:负责制定并实施所负责大客户销售策略,和区域团队合作定期回顾销售计划的执行情况。负责并达成集团客户整体的销售目标; 框架协议的签订:参与和用户的框架协议的谈判,并确保协议的有效执行; 新产品新应用的推广:实施大客户销售策略中的有关新产品和新应用的推广计划; 信息收集和共享:收集项目信息及进展,和区域团队共享,提高项目赢率,和市场占有率; 跨团队协作:建立KAM管理制度,与公司内部职能团队密切合作,协调公司资源,确保客户需求得到及时满足; 经销商的管理:推动经销商配合并实施大客户销售策略,确保有相应的资源投入,对效果并进行定期评估; 大项目协调:对于公司关注的大项目成立大项目组,配合项目负责人的要求,提供跨区域客户的支持,以提高项目赢率; 客户和市场情况收集:定期向上级汇报销售情况和市场动态,分析销售数据,提供有效的数据支持和决策依据; 客户满意度:协调公司内部资源,提高用户满意度。并进行定期评估; Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long term relationships with group customers, strengthen the contact with headquarter including purchasing center, R&D and design center, engineering equipment center, understand customer's needs and strategies, budget and project information and solve customer's problems in timely. Develop customer sales strategy: Responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for the major accounts under his/her responsibility, and reviewing the execution of the sales plan on a regular basis in cooperation with the regional team. Responsible for achieving the overall sales target of the group customers. Signing of framework agreements: Participate in the negotiation of framework agreements with customers and ensure the effective implementation of the agreements. Promotion of new products and applications: Implement the promotion plan for new products and applications under key account sales strategy. Information Collection and Sharing: Collect project information and progress, and share with regional teams to improve project win rate and market share. Cross-team Collaboration: Establish KAM management system, work closely with internal functional teams and coordinate company resources to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner. Channel management: Promote Channel to cooperate and implement key account sales strategy, ensure appropriate resource investment, and conduct regular evaluation on the effect. Coordination of large projects: For large projects that the company is concerned about, set up a large project team to cooperate with the requirements of the project manager to provide cross-regional customer support in order to improve the project win rate. Customer and market situation collection: regularly report sales situation and market dynamics to superiors, analyze sales data, provide effective data support and decision-making basis. Customer Satisfaction: Coordinate internal resources to improve user satisfaction. And conduct regular evaluation. Education, Background and Skill Requirements 环境科学与技术、化学、自动化等相关专业,大学本科及以上学历; 3-5年以上水处理或仪器设备行业公司相关工作经验,有相关行业销售工作经验优先; 良好的商务技能、合同谈判能力; 具备优秀的沟通能力和有良好的团队合作精神; 有很好的抗压能力,能够在压力下开展工作。 Bachelor degree or above in environmental science and technology, chemistry, automation and other related majors; More than 3-5 years of relevant work experience in water treatment or instrument and equipment industry companies, sales experience in Good business skills, contract negotiation ability; Excellent communication skills and have good teamwork spirit; Good ability to resist pressure and work under pressure.
