Testo Asia Limited, which was founded in 1998 and is based in Hong Kong, is currently being reactivated as the regional headquarters for the Asia & Pacific region and will support the subsidiaries in China, Japan, Korea, Australia, and India in implementing their strategies and developing their markets.
Main Responsibilities 1. Responsible for achieving sales targets with our subsidiaries in China, Japan, Korea, Australia and India in the Thermo-Imaging / Emission business unit. 2. Ensuring that the Thermo-Imaging / Emission business unit achieves its Key Performance Indicators to achieve the sales targets. 3. Development and implementation of sales growth plans in collaboration with channel managers, area management and Country Sales Organisations in the countries. 4. Identifying Growth Opportunities by analysing sales gaps, market trends and customer needs. 5. Creating compelling proposals and presentations for potential customer. Pitching products and services to customer and partners. 6. Planning and conducting in-house and external training sessions. 7. Attending conferences and seminars to build a professional network. 8. Responsible for optimising sales processes and ensuring their implementation in the countries. 9. Frequent travel to the countries of responsibility.
Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplines and good technical understanding. 2. At least 5 years' proven experience working as a business development manager in a related field. 3. Strong competencies in sales, marketing, project management, negotiation, and data analysis. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and listening skills. 5. Good command of both written & spoken English, Mandarin. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently. 8. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
