Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 89 Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce platform product marketing strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives. 89 Operational Framework: Establish and standardize the company's e-commerce operational structure and processes. Oversee annual budget control and ensure the achievement of sales targets. 89 Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute e-commerce platform marketing and promotion strategies to drive sales and achieve target KPIs. 89 Market Analysis: Conduct market competitive analysis, including competitor product forms, models, development trends, and industry dynamics. Provide valuable insights to the company and stay ahead of market trends. 89 Performance Monitoring: Organize and complete overall business plans. Regularly monitor key performance indicators such as marketing data, transaction data, product management, supply chain management, and new product development data. Optimize platform operational rules and processes to enhance overall operational efficiency. 89 Resource Integration: Effectively integrate internal and external resources to enhance product market share through optimized operations and achieve full-channel, interconnected business goals.
Requirements: 89 At least 3-5 years’e-commerce experience in fashion retail / luxury industry, 89 Deep understanding of e-commerce platform operations, from demand analysis to product development and platform sales. Possess a strong grasp of user needs. 89 Strategic mindset, strong sense of mission, rigorous work style, and proactive thinking capabilities, 89 Strong analytical and presentation skills, 89 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 89 Open-mindedness, good team player, 89 Fluent in Mandarin and English.
