Job Responsibilities
1. Balance inventory level and OTIF to maintain operation performance well.
2. Develop and track short-term and long-term plans for MTS products based on customer demand and inventory levels.
3. Lead the CSD/Planning department to arrange proper production schedule to reach On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery target.
4. Lead the CSD/Planning department to manage and control inventory level, to reach Days of Inventory (DOI)Target.
5. Lead the CSD/Planning department with coordination to Sales, Production, QC, Procurement, R&D and other functions to improve the customer service process, planning process, in order to quick response to customer demands.
6. Monthly analysis on Delay Delivery, develop preventive and improvement actions accordingly.
7. Weekly Analysis Finished Goods Inventory (including off-site warehouse, consignment warehouse), report abnormal situation, remind related department to take actions on abnormal case.
8. Organize and optimize monthly S&OP meetings to ensure timely resolution of critical issues between Operation and Sales.
9. Lead the CSD/Planning department to ensure ISO procedures are executed.
10. Manage performance of team members by setting proper targets, periodically reviewing target status, setting improvement actions, and personnel development actions, etc.
11. Complete customer complaint report analysis on OA on time.
12. Complete other routine work of the department, and other special job assigned by management
Job Requirements
1. At least 2 years working experience in Chemical industry in Supply Chain/Production Planning would be highly preferred
2. Be proficient in using Office Software, including Excel, PPT
3. Be proficient in data analysis
