Your Responsibilities: 61 Coordinate annual training planning process, form into annul training plan for further review, track and adjust the progress of training plan execution, monitor the training budget, well store the training records, deal with internal/external audit request in terms of related training records requested etc. 61 Organize training activities & handle training administration/logistics: scheduling, email communication, pre/post training survey, enrolment monitoring, material preparation, training venue setup, training attendance, training evaluation etc. 61 Follow and implement training policy and process like on-line training request review, facilitating training agreement process, etc. 61 Run existed/future identified learning & development programs for serving the learning culture efforts and reinforcing kinds of skillsets training for employee capability continuous improvement. 61 Propose, communicate/update, implement variety of learning & development programs or activities including topics but not limited to leadership, soft skillset, general functional trainings, learning culture engagement etc. 61 Administrate Elevate my learning system. 61 Organize and develop new hires orientation training programs with continuous improvements on new hires on-boarding experience mainly include the Day1 Training & Bi-annually orientation training programs. 61 Make and maintain training database and training related processes while providing kinds of diverse reports, as a main contact interfacing with internal/external audit matters. 61 Guide and support (if needed) colleagues for training topic, as well as function teams in their continuous learning efforts in LE APAC. 61 Handle all related/requested administration matters/processes which belongs to TM department. 61 Support various annual important programs under TM department like: Pulse survey, Annual award etc. 61 Support on Employment engagement activities/initiatives. 61 Ad-hot tasks assigned by line manager Your Qualification: 61 University degree or equivalent 61 At least 3 years' experience on the area of learning & development 61 Demonstrated successful experience of learning & development programs. 61 Basic training and facilitation skills 61 Process and project management 61 Data analysis and reporting 61 Excellent communication skill 61 Good English skill
