- 计划、组织并运用销售手段搜寻、开发新的业务范围和潜在客户,同时为现有客户提供服务以获取新订单; Search and develop business range and prospects by planning, organizing and using different sales methods, meanwhile obtain new orders by serving existing customers; - 根据不同项目,调整销售演示文稿的内容; Adjusts content of sales presentations project by project; - 将销售的努力方向,侧重于研究现有及潜在客户; Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers; - 向管理层及时汇报工作进展,提交工作行程及销售成果报告(如通过每日例行电话、周度工作计划或月度分析); Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, or monthly analysis; - 通过评估结果和竞争对手发展趋势,对自有产品、服务和策略提出建议; Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments; - 通过调查问题、制定解决方案和准备报告,向管理层提出建议,协助解决客户投诉; Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing report, and making recommendations to management; - 维持专业技术知识; Maintains professional and technical knowledge; - 支持并配合服务团队,为客户提供及时的响应和跟进; Support and cooperate with the Service team to provide customers with immediate response and follow up; - 接受销售总监不时委派的其他工作; Being responsible for other duties which may be delegated from time to time by the National Sales Manager for China;
