工作职责: 1. Undertake overseas category planning, clarify high-potential and highly matching sub-categories, determine the priority of product selection, methods, and coordinate with stakeholders. 2. Control the entire process of the project according to the plan to achieve the closed loop, complete category planning and be responsible for product selection. 3. Complete the benchmarking of competitive products in terms of cost-effectiveness, and quality benchmarking against well-known local market brands or channel merchants' own brands for reference. Adjust the product positioning appropriately according to specific situations to ensure that the FOB/CIF price of the products’ competitiveness. 4. Closely monitor trade policies, tax, certification, anti-dumping policies, and requirements of the target country. Clearly grasp the feasibility of category/products going overseas. 5. Output the conclusion of category selection and the landing plan Gantt chart. 6. Based on domestic supply conditions, coordinate with the domestic development team to select target manufacturers, collect quotations, delivery times, and conduct cost-effectiveness assessments. 7. Define the role of the product and the commercialization plan in combination with product quality and price competitiveness, and complete the development of category products. 8. In conjunction with MOQ, price, and delivery time, ensure that the supplier profile of the selected product meets the capability requirements of various cooperation models. 9. Collaborate with the overall team to ensure the optimal output of the product. 任职资格: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for a background in science and engineering; 2. Project management background is preferred, with experience in business analysis or product management; 3. Strong learning ability, quickly disassemble and organize knowledge of target category products, conduct industry insights for target markets, data analysis ability, and logical analysis ability; 4. Project management experience, capable of closing the loop of product development projects and business progress. 5. Bilingual communication skills, English as the working language.
