To participate in achieving accurate query routed to the client and customer service team 12. Provide monthly team performance to CS manager 13. Analyze the customer behavior at correction stage 14. Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements: 1. College diploma or above 2. More than 5 years’ experience in shipping industry 3. At least 2 years management experience 4. Capability to lead team of no less than 10 people 5. Good knowledge of the local policies and regulation for shipping 6. Good communication to balance customers' request and company resource 7. Lead team under pressure 8. Fluent writing and speaking Chinese and English 9. Good Microsoft Skills
