As we are continuing to grow our China Campus, we are looking for a Facility Service Supervisor to be based in Shanghai.

This role is responsible to manage facility related service, reports directly to the head of Facility and Admin.
该职位负责工厂的运维服务管理，第三方的管理，直接汇报给物业运维与行政负责人。
Major Responsibilities of the Position:

Compliance (EHS/GMP/CUSTOMS)/（EHS/GMP/关务）合规:
61 Act as the role model in department, develop the awareness and culture of compliance, organize enough EHS\GMP\Culture training for team member, ensure the effectiveness.
作为部门合规性模范，培养团队士卓曼企业文化，合规性文化和意识，组织和安排足够的安全、质量、文化相关培训，确保培训效果。
61 Act as people manager, define clear and well understood compliance requirements on the job.
作为人员经理，为团队成员制定清晰的合规性要求，并确保其理解和实施。
61 Strictly follow regulation\SOP requirements, execute the operations with GMP common sense, fulfil Data Integrity requirements every time, all the time.
严格遵守法规、程序的要求，同时按照GMP常识进行操作，时时刻刻满足数据完整性的要求。
61 Point out the activities or issues which is not compliance, report to manager in timely manner.
及时指出任何违反合规性的操作和事件，并及时向上级经理汇报。
61 Be responsible for pest control include deviation investigation and related CAPA actions
负责虫害管理，包括偏差调查及相应的整改措施
61 Take the responsibility of site cleaning, including GMP area and non-GMP production area. Archive the record for audit.
厂区的内外第三方的清洁管理，含GMP区域的洁净管理，负责检查并留存记录
61 Key contact of the 3rd party, archive the maintenance record from 3rd party
厂务第三方沟通窗口，负责第三方的厂务维修的记录留档
61 Contractor management including performance assessment for the 3rd party
供应商管理，组织各部门对于第三方的考评
61 Perform as the auditee or auditor of facility and administration in internal or external audits.
行政及运维的合规，安全及质量审计负责人，负责内外审计
61 Operate the maintenance module in SAP
操作使用SAP工厂维修模块

61 8years working experiences, 3 years working experiences in GMP company
8年以上工作经验，其中3年以上GMP工厂工作经验
61 Bachelor’s degree or above
大学及以上学历
Required Knowledge and Skills:
知识及能力要求：
· Be familiar with pest control
熟悉虫控相关知识
· Be familiar with GMP knowledge
熟悉GMP相关知识
· Good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
· Good English communication skill include speaking and written
良好的英语口语及书面英语
