The aim of the position is to ensure smooth daily operation and continuously improvement within service team by managing spare parts team.
Spare Parts Management: - Continuously improve spare parts forecast accuracy. - Ensure spare parts purchasing and delivery can meet internal technician and external service partners requirements. - Optimize spare parts inventory structure to improve inventory turnover rate. - Improve spare parts delivery efficiency and logistics cost efficiency. - Continuously optimize spare parts order handling process and rules. - Manage service tools and cars. - Ensure spare parts supply during product phase in and phase out.
Team Management: - Manage and develop team in sustainable way, and ensure all key responsibilities are met. - Build up talent pipeline to meet increased business requirements.
Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above. - At least 5 -10 years management experience in supply chain. - Good at project management, leadership and communication skills. - Fluent in both written and spoken English. - Experience in business process optimization is preferred.
