Summary A media production specialist will be responsible for creating and managing multimedia content that aligns with our branding goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong photography and videography skills to produce high quality content as needed. They should also have a strong ability to set up and run live streams in various scenarios. Additionally, the ability to create motion graphics in both 2D and 3D is preferred.

Job Responsibility 13Shooting and Production: § Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing, training and corporate internals. § Set up and run live streams in various scenarios. § Develop video concepts and storyboards collaborating with relevant teams. § Responsible for post productions, including colour correction, sound adjustment, add graphic elements and other requirements. § Create motion graphics as transition, intro and outro cuts. § Responsible for photo taking in various scenarios. § Ensure all photo and video content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and required technical specifications. § Operate and maintain all the related equipment. Assets Management: § Responsible for maintaining shooting logs and producing shooting dailies. § Manage files in DAM system. Others § Able to create 2D/3D CGI animations with provided materials is preferred. § Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video shooting and production.
Requirements 13 Bachelor’s degree in media production or related fields. At least 3 years of professional media production experience with a major focus on video production. Proficiency in video production software such as Adobe Premier Pro, After Effect, Final Cut Pro, etc. Strong skills in shooting generally, including knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Strong skills in live stream operations. Had experience in automobile / truck industry is a plus. Strong understanding of brand principles and the ability to apply them to visual designs. Excellent attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members. A portfolio demonstrating capabilities with a range of projects. Creative mindset and a strong willingness to think outside the box to pursue new ideas. Fluent in English.
