Responsibilities: 1. Lead a sales team of about10 people, develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals in China 2. Attract top quality sales members and provide them with on‐going coaching and development to build a strongsales organization to support business growth 3. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the total market, focusing on technical sales andengineering advantage & value selling. 4. Work closely with technical center and engineering staffs to drive sales in new applications (Battery, 5G, 3C,Medical, Metrology, Semiconductor etc.). 5. Manage relationships with major customers, distributors, vendors,government agencies as appropriate 6. Monitor accuracy of sales forecast and ensure good quality of service delivered to customers 7. Manage all customer pricing programs and contracts. Strive for consistency and price/value improvement while working within company policies. Ensure all terms and conditions are being upheld. 8. Provide update information on sales, sales forecasts, customer activities and visits, sales activities including progress on projects, target accounts, major and new opportunities, and promotional or marketing activities. 9. Evaluate behaviors and results of sales team. Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or related fields 2. At least 10 years related working experience in mechanical/automatic industry in China, good background with customers in battery, automotive, 3C, Medical, Metrology, Semiconductor or 5G is preferred. 3. A minimum of 5 years successful sales management experience with multinational companies 4. Experienced in project sales and value sales. 5. Results oriented and Customer focus 6. Ability to manage forecasts and budgets with tight control procedures. 7. Proven track record on managing a sizable sales team 8. Strong leadership 9. High integrity and business ethics. 10. Proactive, self‐motivated, be able to work under pressure 11. Excellent English and Chinese communication skills with the ability to proactively build professional relationships internally and externally
