Job Description: 1. Technology scouting and general market analysis for new trends and technologies. 2. Understand future market trends and derive proposals for regional and global product strategy. 3. Main Focus Regions: China, South Korea, Japan Additionaily: Vietnam, Thailand, India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia 4. Gain market information through organization and customer interactions. 5. Adapt and evaluate target costs for regional products in collaboration with Global Target Cost Manager and locadepartments(e.g.Market Intelligence, Purchasing, ENG Sales). 6. Communicate, define with global team and roll out product strategy. 7. Generate and supervise regional specific product roadmaps. 8. Monitor, manage and streamline product portfolio and product life cycle management. 9. Create presentation material, product brochures for product lines. 10. Support internal sales organization with material and product knowledge 11. Support company events (internally and externally) (e.g, Shanghai, Beijing Motor show) 12. Support with product trainings and its documentation inside the Tl organization. 13. Business trips upon request. 14. Carry over additional tasks and responsibilities within the job description.
Requirement: 1. At least 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally in E-Mobility & Thermal Management. 2. Experience in product management, business development and/or sales would be beneficial. 3. Ability to coordinate internal, cross divisional and international tasks. 4. lnternational work experience, e.g., foreign assignments or internships would be beneficial. 5. Good technical and commercial knowledge. 6. Successfully completed technical or economic university degree or equal. 7. Further trainings with focus on marketing, sales, product management or business development. 8. Engineering background and expertise in automotive area, ideally E-Mobiity or Thermal Management.
